Ancaster Cycle Operating Procedure During The Covid-19 Government Restrictions

UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE ANCASTER CYCLE WILL BE OPERATING ON A 100% NO CONTACT BASIS. CONTINUE READING FOR FULL INFORMATION.
DO NOT COME TO THE STORE TO BROWSE, WE ARE NO LONGER ALLOWING CUSTOMERS INTO THE STORE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES
We will be operating on limited hours from Thursday 2nd April 2020 until further notice
These will be as follows:
Tuesday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Thursday 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Friday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM - 5:00 PM
CLOSED SUNDAY AND MONDAY
IF YOU NEED A BIKE SERVICING PLEASE FOLLOW THE PROCEDURE BELOW
1: Email firstname.lastname@example.org, email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know you require a service and the work that is required if you can assess the bike yourself. Please include your full name, telephone number and postal code. If within the hours stated above then you can also call us on (905) 648 2288 and we can take full details over the phone.
(Please Sanitize Your Bike Prior to Drop Off).
2: Drop your bike curb-side, call us and return to your vehicle or move 6 feet or 2 metres away.
(Do Not Leave Until A Member Of Staff Has Collected Your Bike).
3: We will bring your bike into the store.
4: We will assess your bike and provide an email quotation for the required work.
5: You tell us if you wish to proceed or cancel the service.
6: We will notify you once your bicycle is ready to collect.
7: We can accept payment via E-transfer or Pay Pal if paying with a credit card ONLY at this time. For Pay Pal we will generate a digital invoice and email you a link to pay online. Please ensure you have paid before you come to collect your bike.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT CASH OR CARD PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME INCLUDING OVER THE PHONE, ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE VIA E-TRANSFER OR THROUGH PAY PAL
DURING THIS TIME WE MAY HAVE LIMITED OPTIONS FOR ORDERING IN COMPONENTS, WE DO HAVE A GOOD INVENTORY RIGHT NOW AND WILL DO OUR BEST TO MATCH THE SPECIFICATION OF PARTS WE REPLACE ON YOUR BIKE. WE WILL COMMUNICATE FULLY THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO YOU AT THIS TIME.
Sales of Bikes, Parts, Clothing and Accessories
1: Order online through our website at any time, email email@example.com, firstname.lastname@example.org or email@example.com or call 905 648 2288 and we can offer advice and answer any questions you have.
2: We can accept payment via Paypal or E-transfer ONLY, NO CASH OR CARD PAYMENTS AT THIS TIME INCLUDING OVER THE PHONE
3: We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
4: Curb-side collection outside of the store, call us when you have arrived and we will place the product out side for you to collect.
5: Browsing in-store is not possible at this time, do not come to the store before contacting us and confirming the items you are in need of are available for collection. If you want to browse please call the store if within the stated opening hours and we can spend time on the phone with you browsing websites and directing you to the correct products or information for both bicycles and accessories.
IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A BIKE AT THIS TIME PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE DO NEED SOME TIME TO PREPARE THE BIKE AND MAKE SURE IT IS READY FOR COLLECTION SO CALL OR EMAIL AHEAD AND LET US KNOW THE MAKE, MODEL AND SIZE NEEDED SO WE CAN ENSURE THE TIME SPENT OUT AND ABOUT IS MINIMIZED FOR YOU. IF YOU ARE UNSURE OF SIZING THEN PLEASE CALL OR EMAIL US AND WE CAN DIRECT YOU TO THE RELEVANT SIZING CHART. WE CANNOT OFFER ANY SORT OF BIKE FITTING OR SET UP FACE TO FACE AT THIS TIME BUT ARE HAPPY TO ADVISE OVER THE PHONE AS BEST WE CAN. WHEN THINGS ARE BACK TO NORMAL YOU ARE WELCOME TO COME BACK FOR ANY ADJUSTMENTS NEEDED.
